Key Duties:

  • Craft advanced digital data processing units for FPGA or ASIC platforms.
  • Extract requirements from overarching specifications and develop detailed verification and evaluation strategies.
  • Conduct thorough simulations, verifications, and tests on individual parts and overall systems.
  • Accurately document all phases of design and verification.
  • Oversee project timelines and effectively combine various IP components.


Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of direct experience in FPGA design is essential.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electronics and embedded systems with informal leadership in project settings.
  • A Bachelor’s degree (Ing.) in Electrical or Computer Engineering is required.


Preferred Skills:

  • Mastery in RTL coding via VHDL and proficiency with FPGA development tools like Vivado and Quartus.
  • Proficient with simulation software such as Modelsim and scripting in Tcl/Tk, Perl, Python.
  • Familiarity with SystemVerilog, FPGA Acceleration tools, HLS (Vitis), and adept in project management.
  • An emphasis on quality, alongside superior organizational and communication capabilities.
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude, a strong interest in technology, and the ability to operate autonomously.


Special Considerations:

  • Experience in telecommunications, knowledge of interconnect protocols, ASIC design methodologies, power-sensitive design, and UVM verification methods will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English, with Dutch language proficiency or readiness to learn preferred.Willingness for travel and client-site work, including occasional after-hours commitments.
