Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Define specifications and choose suitable components for both analog and digital circuit designs.
  • Participate in all phases of design, including simulation, prototyping, schematic creation, and layout planning, with tools like Altium or Mentor Graphics.
  • Perform comprehensive board-level testing, maintain detailed documentation, and coordinate effectively with clients or suppliers.
  • Ensure the successful progression and quality completion of your projects.

 

What We Expect From You:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in hardware design, particularly in electronics, is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a creative mindset.
  • Familiarity with designing analog and digital systems for embedded solutions.
  • Knowledge of schematic design and PCB layout software (e.g., Altium, Mentor Graphics).
  • Capable of writing scripts and using VHDL for testing and prototyping.
  • Organized, team-oriented, with a methodical approach to tasks, strong communication skills, and a practical outlook.
  • Fluent in English and open to learning Dutch.

 

Additional Skills Appreciated:

  • Understanding of product compliance standards like CE, FCC, UL, CSA.
  • Prior exposure to a lab setting, familiarity with electronic testing equipment, and experience in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams and electronics manufacturing.
